What Happens After You Sign

Funding, Recording, and Getting the Keys 

Signing doesn’t always mean immediate possession. Here’s what to expect between signatures and keys-in-hand.

 

   ✔️ Lender wires final funds (usually same-day)
   ✔️ County records the deed (this makes it official)
   ✔️ We confirm when keys are ready for pickup
   ✔️ Expect closing confirmation within 1–2 business days
